Biography

Hi! I've taught Social Studies and English at EBHS since it opened (and even some Science), and can't imagine teaching at a better school. I also have coached Curling and Track & Field for most of those years.

EBHS really feels like home for me because I grew up a few miles on down the Eagle Butte Road. I eventually left home to go to the University of Lethbridge where I earned my B.A. / B.Ed., majoring in French.

I'm married to Brian, and we have 3 kids that keep us very busy--a son (11) and twin daughters (9). In a former life I played lots of sports and lots of instruments, but now it seems I mostly help my kids with their sports and instruments!

Hello All! I am very excited to get to spend the fall semester teaching English 20-2 and Social 30-2 here at Eagle Butte.
After graduating from Senator Gershaw School in Bow Island I went to the University of Lethbridge to pursue a degree. Now in my 5th year at the university, I am working towards a B.A. / B.Ed. in English and Social Studies.
I live on an acreage just outside of Bow Island with my husband, Ryan, and our owls, Orville and Amelia.
